Inbound dock scheduling

Book a delivery appointment without back-and-forth.

Use this page to request inbound dock time at Grey Wolf 3PL. Standard hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, are auto-confirmed when capacity is available. Other times are accepted as requests, but extra fees may apply and Grey Wolf will confirm them by email.

3 dock doors can be scheduled at the same time. Choose your unload duration so the schedule reflects real dock usage. Grey Wolf and the booking contact both receive an email update once the request is processed.
What to have ready

Bring the operational details up front.

The more specific the appointment request, the easier it is to confirm the slot and hand the load off to the right dock door.

  • Carrier name plus load type: LTL, FTL, or Container.
  • Reference number, BOL / PO / load ID, and trailer or container number if you have it.
  • Pallet count, piece count, and notes about floor-loaded or special handling requirements.

How the dock booking flow works

This page is built to keep dock planning cleaner on both sides. Standard-hour bookings can be confirmed immediately if space is open. After-hours windows are saved and flagged for manual review so extra fees and staffing can be confirmed before the delivery is finalized.

Standard dock hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. If a slot is open, the appointment is confirmed and an internal notice goes to info@greywolf3pl.com.
After-hours requests Early, late, weekend, or otherwise out-of-window bookings are saved as pending. Grey Wolf follows up by email to confirm the fee-based appointment.
Capacity protection The scheduler prevents more than 3 overlapping bookings so the same dock window cannot be overcommitted.
